The first bedroom contains a king bed and the second room contains a queen, there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space! Parking: The 2 car garage and driveway are available for use. The combined space can fit up to a total of 6 vehicles, street parking is also available, if needed.

This home was absolutely perfect for my needs. Its small in square footage but not in having everything neat and tidy in that space. The pictures shown of the home are exactly as the home is. There has been no expense spared in the remodeling of this older home. Everything was redone in a manner that makes the home very warm and welcoming. The neighborhood is well established with large, gorgeous trees. I felt safe and secure in the home as both front and rear doors have deadbolts. The appliances in the kitchen are new and the washer and dryer are an extra bonus for convenience. The home is tastefully decorated and has so many extra conveniences its hard to list them all. Little things like luggage racks, dog gates, blow up mattresses and hangers in the closets are so very helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the bed linens are cozy. It is conveniently located to just about anything you could want to do. I will not hesitate to book this home again.

This place was amazing. Small and cozy house that perfect for an individual or small family. When I arrived the house was super clean and had EVERYTHING I could need. The host was very responsive and helpful. All instructions were very clear and accurate. The back yard is very big and would have been perfect to hangout or let kids play in if the weather was better. I think the backyard is a hidden gem for this place! There were plenty of stores and food places with a 15 minute drive so I was very convenient! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s traveling by themselves or a small family

We loved staying here! Everything was just about perfect. The yard had plenty of grass for my two dogs to run around and play. The listing matched the place so exactly that I was able to use it to make sure everything was where it belonged at the end of our stay. I also loved that pennies were not pinched when it came to the little things - they had a fully stocked spice rack, the kitchenware was of good quality, there were more than one of utensils like spatulas and tongs, the laundry and dish detergent was well-stocked, etc. For the proverbial cherry on top, the decor was brilliant, and I loved the dedication to the theme throughout the house.

The house was lovely and very well appointed — it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like paper napkins and facial tissues, which are often the first things we have to buy when staying somewhere new. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of linen and towels for everyone. My only small suggestion would be to add a dresser or a bit more space for storing clothes, as the closets also serve as storage for extra bedding, fans, and kids’ items. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming place to stay!

If you’re heading out to do some sightseeing, hop on the nearby highway to quickly travel to Chicago’s iconic sights. You can reach the heart of downtown in just 40 minutes, and the White Sox, Bears, and Cubs stadiums are 25, 30, and 40 minutes away respectively. If you prefer (and don’t mind taking the longer scenic route), you can ride the Metra to downtown Chicago. The train station is only two minutes from the house. Using the local airports? A 40-50 minute drive will bring you to Midway and O’Hare.
