This welcoming home is on spacious lot located on a quiet street. There’s a shopping center nearby, and a selection of local restaurants within a ten minute drive. You can also find several pleasant parks in the area. If you’re heading out to do some sightseeing, hop on the nearby highway to quickly travel to Chicago’s iconic sights. You can reach the heart of downtown in just 40 minutes, and the White Sox, Bears, and Cubs stadiums are 25, 30, and 40 minutes away respectively. If you prefer (and don’t mind taking the longer scenic route), you can ride the Metra to downtown Chicago. The train station is only two minutes from the house. Using the local airports? A 40-50 minute drive will bring you to Midway and O’Hare. The home contains 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, a fully stocked kitchen as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. The first bedroom contains a king bed and the second room contains a queen, there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space! Parking: The 2 car garage and driveway are available for use. The combined space can fit up to a total of 6 vehicles, street parking is also available, if needed.
